Project Case Study
Nexora Systems Inc. Website
A catalog-driven website for a robotic packaging automation manufacturer: take-out systems, deflashers, leak testers, case packers and collaborative robot cells. Visitors download ungated PDF catalogs, note the model numbers, and send a quote request.
View Live Project →Overview
Nexora Systems Inc. builds robotic automation for blow molding and injection molding lines: take-out systems, deflashers and trimmers, leak testers and flame treatment, case packers and palletizers, and collaborative robot cells.
Every system is configured to the customer's line, so machines are never sold from a shopping cart. The site's job is to get engineers to the right catalog fast and collect the model numbers they need quoted.
Objectives
Organize the product line into five clear system families
Offer every catalog as a direct PDF download, with no form and no sign-up
Make catalogs findable by family, with filtering and search
Turn model and part numbers into a structured quote or parts request
Establish four decades of credibility with facts, not adjectives
Information Architecture
Home: positioning, the full-line catalog up front, key figures, the five product families, "How ordering works", featured catalogs, why Nexora, industries served
Products: all five families with jump links, plus a statically generated page per product
Catalog: every PDF catalog with edition, page count and size, filterable and searchable
Support & Parts: spare parts, service and FAQ for installed systems
About / Contact / Request a Quote: company background and the request form
Key UX Decisions
1) The full-line catalog in the hero
The first screen offers the 68-page full-line catalog next to the headline, with what it contains (model and option codes, footprints, spare part numbers). The download starts immediately.
2) "Catalog first, quotation second"
A three-step explanation (browse the catalog, note the model or part numbers, send the request) sets expectations before a visitor ever reaches the form.
3) Credibility through numbers
Since 1982, 3,000+ systems installed, 40+ years of experience and a 24-hour target response time are shown as a figure strip rather than written into marketing copy.
4) A brand built from the product
The lockup's emblem is a robot arm drawn as an N. The same arm, unfolded into a chain of links and joints, becomes the site's section rules, and the hero sits on a line-art plant-floor pattern of robots, bottles and conveyors.
What This Means for the Business
Fast-loading product pages: Product pages are built in advance and served from a global network close to each visitor, so engineers are not left waiting.
Catalogs found in seconds: Filtering and search narrow down every PDF catalog instantly, without reloading the page.
Every request acknowledged automatically: Each quote request notifies the sales team and sends the customer a confirmation email at the same time.
Spam kept out of the inbox: Every submission is checked for bots before it reaches the team, so staff only deal with real inquiries.
Content kept in one place: Products, catalogs and all the wording visitors see are managed in one place, which keeps updates simple and consistent.
What This Case Study Demonstrates
Designing for engineers: ungated documents, model numbers and footprints over marketing language
A quote-driven conversion flow for configured industrial equipment
A cohesive brand and decorative system derived from the client's product
